Use this checklist before requesting China supplier quotes. Fitment-first details reduce wrong-part risk and speed up responses.
Direct answer: Include machine model, OEM/part number, old-part photos, quantity, destination, and OEM-only vs aftermarket preference in every RFQ.
1. Machine identity
- Brand (CAT / Komatsu / Hitachi / Hyundai / Volvo / SANY / …)
- Exact model variant
- Serial number or nameplate photo
2. Part identity
- OEM / part number as stamped
- Alternate codes on the same label
- Part name / system (pump, solenoid, sensor, seal kit, undercarriage)
3. Photos to attach
- Full old part
- Label / casting close-up
- Connector or mounting interface
- Installation position on the machine
4. Commercial details
- Quantity and urgency / downtime status
- Destination country and city
- OEM-only or aftermarket acceptable?
- Preferred shipping (express / air / sea / quote)
5. QC & transaction asks
- Request pre-shipment QC photos
- Confirm warranty months and lead time
- Ask about Alibaba Trade Assurance or agreed payment terms
